Uran Limited announced its financial report for the half- year ended 31 December 2008 was authorised for  issue in accordance with a resolution of the directors on 12 March 2009. One of notes in report included the company's announcement on On 16 January 2009, that it had entered into an option to purchase the Victor tungsten project located in the historic tungsten mining district of Inyo County, California.
