Pitketberg farmers have opposed ‘toxic tungsten mine’
Angry residents from Piketberg and surrounding communities, who attended a public meeting to hear more about the massive 50 ha tungsten mine planned for their valley, are pushing to have the Moutonshoek valley declared a ‘no-go’ area for mining.
