North American Tungsten Corporation Ltd.(TSX VENTURE:NTC) today announced that the company has negotiated a non-brokered Private Placement of 20,433,333 common shares at a price of CAD$0.15 per share for proceeds of CAD$3,065,000.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used for working capital. The Private Placement is subject to regulatory approval.
